Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal information is handled on iboard.ca, a static information website operated by Fabian de la Fuente, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
No tracking, no cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, social media plugins or any other tracking technology. It does not load scripts, fonts or other content from third-party services, and it has no forms or user accounts.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted by IONOS. Like most web hosts, IONOS may automatically record basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested) for security and reliability. These logs are kept according to IONOS's own practices and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
Contact by email only
The only way to contact me through this site is by email at fabian@iboard.ca. If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. I use it only to reply and keep it only as long as needed for the conversation and ordinary record-keeping. I do not sell or share it for marketing.
Access, correction and deletion
To ask what personal information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email fabian@iboard.ca with the subject “Data deletion request” (or “Data access request”). Tell me the email address you used to contact me. I will confirm and act on your request within 30 days, unless I am legally required to keep the information.
If you have concerns, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
Changes
If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
